Meet Stephanie McBride

I’m Stephanie McBride, a Baldwin County REALTOR® and real estate investor with more than 10 years of experience helping people buy, sell, and invest along Alabama’s Gulf Coast.

I don’t just sell real estate — I invest in it myself. Over the years, I’ve personally bought and sold more than 40 investment properties and currently own both long-term and short-term rentals throughout Baldwin County, including Fairhope, Silverhill, Summerdale, Foley, and Gulf Shores.

That hands-on experience gives me a different perspective when helping my clients. I know how to look beyond the listing and recognize value, opportunity, rental potential, and ways to create equity. Whether you’re searching for a primary home, vacation property, long-term rental, short-term rental, flip, or your next investment, I approach every purchase as if I were investing my own money.

I especially love working with out-of-town investors and making the process feel simple from start to finish. From finding and analyzing the right property to negotiating the deal and helping prepare it for the rental market, I’m there every step of the way. For many of my long-term rental clients, I’m even able to help secure a tenant before they close.
